Class Cancellation
We have a strict cancellation window. Any cancellation that does not fall before that time period will be considered a “late cancellation” – late cancellations from an unlimited member will be charged a “late cancel” fee, and all other reservations will simply forfeit the class credit.
No Shows
If possible, please always try to cancel as far in advance as possible. The sooner you cancel, the more likely it is that another rider can book that bike. If you “no show” a reservation, unlimited members will be charged a “no show” fee, and all other reservations will forfeit that class credit.
New Riders
We require our new riders to arrive at the studio 15 minutes prior to the start of class. This allows us to help get you fully prepared for an amazing ride!
Shoe Rentals
Our bikes require clip-in cycling shoes (SPD clips). If you need to rent shoes, don’t stress – we’ve got you! We currently offer free shoe rentals. We also sell TIEM shoes at the studio for our members!
Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time after completing the 3-month minimum commitment. Additionally, we require a 30 days notice in writing (through our cancellation form). By canceling you will forfeit any promotional pricing that you may have received.
Membership Freezes
You may freeze your membership in one-month increments which must start on your next bill date. We require a date of unfreeze and do not offer indefinite membership freezes. We cannot cancel a membership that is frozen. Should you decide to cancel your membership while your membership is frozen, we still require a 30-days notice and you will need to honor one more billing cycle.
Waitlist
When a class is full, you’ll have the option to join the class waitlist. If you are next on the waitlist and a spot becomes available, we’ll automatically add you to the class and notify you that you’ve been moved into class from the waitlist. If you do not have a phone number, we won’t be able to reach you and will move on to the next person on the waitlist. Note that putting yourself on the waitlist means that you fully intend to join the class and will adhere to our no-show policy.
Late arrivals
Once the studio doors have closed we do not allow late arrivals into class.
